Site Management

The clinical trial site boasts a 40-square-meter space dedicated to outpatient trials, complete with essential equipment for monitoring vital signs and storing investigational drugs. Additionally, it has convenient access to a mobile x-ray machine and an ECG unit. It is adjacent to a clinical laboratory of Detoxicare. The site’s team includes four consultants: two endocrinologists, one infectious disease specialist, and one pulmonologist—all of whom are qualified to serve as Principal Investigators.

Furthermore, the Clinical Trial Center has established a collaborative agreement with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Medical Center. The site is strategically located in Mandaluyong City—a bustling component city within Metro Manila. With a daily population that swells from 0.5 million to 1.2 million, this vibrant urban area is just 12 kilometers away from the airport, 5 kilometers from the nearest business district, and a mere 2 kilometers from the closest hospital. Notably, Detoxicare Laboratories has entrusted Harmony Trials with the management of this pivotal clinical research facility.

Investigator Networks

Harmony Trials partnered with select investigators at Makati Medical Center to co-manage clinical trials across various specialties, including Dermatology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Rheumatology. Our roster currently comprises five experienced investigators with a combined trial experience of XX Trials.

Makati Medical Center, a premier 700-bed facility, stands out as a leading institution in the Philippines for both patient care and clinical trials. Serving not only Metro Manila but patients from across the country, the hospital has successfully conducted over 130 clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. Additionally, Makati Medical Center is accredited by the Joint Commission International, underscoring its commitment to global standards of excellence.
